Discussing a possible trip to Finland, Russia, Belarus and Germany with boyfriend today made me remember how badly I used to want to go to Finland. I got so consumed with trying to get over to America, that I forgot there actually is other places in the world I wanted to see.
Back when I was like 16 I had a map of Finland on my wall, and had pin pointed the current tour for a band I love called the 69 Eyes and how I had wanted to follow them. This dream is slowly creeping back. Not to mention the fact that boyfriend is actually kind of keen to go. (For those of you who don’t know, it is near impossible to get him to even show interest in overseas travel, let alone find tours of countries we can do).
It’s just an idea at this point, but I feel good knowing that I am finding my old self.
